The concept of the Dortoir
This is inexpensive luxury, favouring the decor and location over useless services.
The 3 suites are independent, in a residential building in the heart of NICE, there is no reception hall or room service or 24-hr services, you are welcomed individually and by appointment.
The suites and building are accessed exclusively by a keypad and the code is sent to you beforehand by SMS or e-mail.
However the telephone number remains available 24 hours a day.
Housekeeping is daily and a continental breakfast is delivered each morning between 7am and 11am.
The suites are available at 2pm and must be vacated by 11am.
